ANY Hate speech or symbolsWhen in doubt, please ask!! I have the right to deny a commission request for any reason.
If you are requesting an original character, please include the following:- A basic overview of the character, personality, traits you would like to see included, or anything you would like to make sure I capture. Things like class, fighting style, favorite weapons, favorite color, if applicable, are great but not necessary.
- At least 2-3 reference photos. Please make sure the photos are in good lighting and accurately capture skin tone, eye color, and hair color.
- References for styling (photos or descriptions of clothes, jewelry, hairstyle, weapons etc.)
- Background will be a basic stylized background based on their personality/class. If nothing is specified I will do a basic stylized background of my choosing. Please let me know if you have a specific style you would in mind.
- Of course, feel free to let me know if you would like to leave anything up to my artistic choosing! I will be checking in during the process to ensure it is how you would like. But I am happy to do custom clothes, colors, and background.
- Include anything else you would like me to know to accurately capture your character!If you are requesting an established character, please include all of the above as well as the following:- Pose/scene you would like, if applicable
- Details on the established character and how you would like them portrayed. (As in a canon appearance or any changes)
- What you would like them wearing, any changes to their standard appearance, etc.
Commission Process:Please reach out to me to request and discuss commission details. Once we confirm the commission, pricing, and exact request I will request a 50% payment of the total commission price. Once paid, I will sketch out the commission and send over for approval. ANY changes that you would like to be made to the commission (faces, details, armor, poses, etc) need to be communicated at this time. I will make any appropriate changes and resend for approval. Once the sketch is approved I will send over a final line art for further approval and request the remaining payment. Please let me know ASAP if you want changes and communicate with me during the process! I want you to be totally happy with the finished piece and get your moneys worth!!Initial Sketch: You may request major adjustments at this time (barring redoing the entire sketch). Please let me know right away if there are any adjustments needed to composition, style, poses, perspective. This is the only time I can make those edits.Line art: After the approved sketch is cleaned up I will send over the clean line art for approval with all the details. Only minor edits can be made at this time. Tweaks to facial expression, clothing, or minor adjustments (up to the discretion of the artist) but no major changes to the pose can be made at this time. After this is approved, the rest of the payment is required before coloring.Coloring/Finished Picture: The only edits I can make once a picture is complete are color adjustments and very minor tweaks.Pricing and turnaround time will vary based on the type of commission chosen and provided when commission is requested. I will make sure I keep you informed every step of the way on any updates, changes, or delays. If at any point, you’d like an update on the status please always feel free to reach out!Refund Policy:Refunds are made on a case by case basis. If you for any reason are not able to complete payment or would like to stop the commission process please let me know ASAP. I totally understand that things can happen, and I am more than happy to work with you on a solution!If for any reason at all I am unable to continue on your piece I will let you know ASAP and we can discuss the nature of the delay and if you would like a refund or to put the process on hold.General Notes:I retain the rights to my art, including commissions!You are welcome to post and share as you wish but PLEASE tag me or credit appropriately.You are welcome to get prints made (but please show me because I would love to see!)Any completed commissions are for personal use only unless specifically discussed and approved with me!
